Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing your order. By placing an order with The Baking Angel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Payment

A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon booking. Until a deposit is paid, your booking is not guaranteed. The balance may be paid on or before collection. Accepted payment methods include cash or direct deposit only.

All custom toppers are to be paid upfront and are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations within 14 days of your order date.

If your order is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your order date, your deposit will be refunded less any out of pocket costs incurred (for example, custom toppers and specialty requests).

 

Changes

Changes made to your order after booking are at the discretion of The Baking Angel. Additional charges may be incurred depending on the nature of the changes made.

No changes will be accepted within 7 days of your order date.

 

Order collection

Collection times will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Please ensure you are on time as late collections affect other customers and are not always available. If you are running late, please contact The Baking Angel as soon as possible.

The Baking Angel will try to meet any changes required to collection time however due to other orders and commitments, any changes remain at our discretion.

 

Allergies

While The Baking Angel tries to cater to everyone, our kitchen uses a range of products which include nuts, dairy and gluten for example. Due to the joint working space, we cannot provide a guarantee that there will be no traces of these products in our cooking.
