Please read the following terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing an order with The Baking Angel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Placing an order
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Your booking is not confirmed until a minimum 50% deposit has been received.
Accepted payment methods include cash or direct deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon ordering. The balance of the quote may be paid on or before collection. Payments made via direct deposit must be made at least seven business days before collection.
Cancellations and postponements
Deposits are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited. All monies paid over and above the minimum deposit, equal to 50% plus the cost of any custom toppers, will be refunded within seven days of cancellation.
If you need to postpone your event, please contact The Baking Angel immediately. If the new date of your event is available, all monies paid will be transferred to the new date. If the new date is unavailable, the above cancellation policy will apply.
If for any reason The Baking Angel is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. accident or illness), your deposit will be refunded in full.
Changes to your order
Changes made to your order after booking are at the discretion of The Baking Angel. Additional charges may be incurred depending on the nature of the changes made.
No changes will be accepted within seven days of your order date.
Collection times will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Please ensure you are on time as late collections affect other customers and are not always available. If you are running late, please contact The Baking Angel as soon as possible.
The Baking Angel will try to meet any changes required to collection time however due to other orders and commitments, any changes remain at our discretion.
All items may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. The Baking Angel products are not guaranteed suitable for allergies and are only suitable for intolerances due to these items being present in our kitchen.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Baking Angel of any allergies or intolerances prior to confirmation of the order and to inform their guests of all allergy or intolerance information.
The Baking Angel will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our products.
Limit of liability
All complaints must be notified to The Baking Angel in writing within 24 hours from the time of collection/delivery and the product returned personally by the customer for inspection at an agreed time.
The Baking Angel takes customer satisfaction very seriously and will endeavour to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
