Ruby Chocolate Cake

Ruby chocolate is here!! I’m proud to announce that I am one of the first bakeries in Brisbane to have this chocolate available.

Ruby chocolate is the newest chocolate discovery in 80 years. It is a completely new chocolate born from the ruby cocoa bean with intense fruitiness and fresh, sour notes – without adding any colourants or fruit flavourings.

I have designed a cake to show off this beautiful new chocolate. It is a vanilla bean cake with ruby chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, and ruby chocolate drip and shards. And it is delicious! Also check out these ruby chocolate cupcakes.
